Something Is Missing
Roman's story begins in motion, half of the tech-house duo The Coast, he spent years shaping dance floors at home and abroad, building a reputation as both a DJ and producer with a sharp instinct for groove and energy. But for him, success was never the destination. It was curiosity.
What always pulled him forward was the endless spectrum of sound within electronic music - the sense that there was always something deeper, darker, more intense waiting just beneath the surface. Even in his work with The Coast, glimpses of that edge would break through: heavier moments, bolder textures, hints of a different direction.
Rather than abandoning his roots, Roman chose to evolve them. Alongside his established tech-house sound, he carved out a distinct identity in techno, melding groove with drive, precision with power. His vision was simple but ambitious: to fuse the infectious swing of tech-house with the relentless pulse of techno into something entirely his own.
Now he is ready with is first solo release on Ibogatech, out May 25th.
